All the staff were very attentive and supportive. Especially Ms. Birsen, who throughout our stay showed a quick and solution-oriented approach to all the extra needs we had in the room such as extra heater, extra sofa bed, etc. In addition, she provided long and detailed information about the city and its dynamics without getting bored. We had a comfortable and well-informed holiday for two days in a city we visited for the first time with our family. The breakfast was quite good. The location is very good as well. You can easily reach important places to visit and see. The train and rail system are very close by." The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Royal Mile. It was a short distance to Edinburgh Waverley train station which made our journey so much easier. Plenty of Shops, pubs, bars and restaraunts within walking distance. The hotel was modern, clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception, cleaning staff and a lovely woman who served us drinks and snacks at the bar when we came in late. There was a nice buffet breakfast that had plenty of choice. Room was nice and spacious with a comfortable matress. Overall I was more than happy with our stay and will hopefully be coming back some time soon.

They immediately sent someone up to square away the room air conditioner, which did not seem to switch on for me. It was no problem to store our bags on the final day after we had already checked out, so that we could pick them up later, before getting a train. This location is terrific - in the heart of everything, but still quiet at night. It was an easy walk to the train or bus station, and to most historic sights in the old town section. There were stores and restaurants nearby, too.

Location,Location,Location !! Steps to the Royal Mile with so many restaurants,shops,sites and of course Edinburgh Castle. Kirsty and her team treat you like royalty.They could not do enough,with 24/7 desk service on duty everything was possible. The Grab and Go bag for breakfast was great on the days we had early tours.Other days the breakfast was relaxing and full of variety. The staff at breakfast was so efficient and helpful. We had three stays at this hotel over our tour of Scotland so the luggage storage was very convenient and easy. Thank you Kirsty and team you made our holiday Wonderful!
